The company Iveta d.o.o. successfully implemented the EU project: “The Optimization of Business Processes of the Company Iveta d.o.o. by the Introduction of Advanced ICT Solutions”

On 30/7/2016, the company Iveta d.o.o. successfully completed the implementation of the EU project “The Optimization of Business Processes of the Company Iveta d.o.o. by the Introduction of Advanced ICT Solutions” which was co-funded from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Operational Programme Regional Competitiveness 2007 – 2013. The total value of the implemented project was HRK 1,342,483.55, out of which the amount of HRK 701,887.13 was co-funded through non-refundable funds, which became available to the company Iveta d.o.o. through a successful implementation of all the project activities, including the successful implementation of all the procurement processes included in the project.

The implementation of the project lasted for 15 months, and the following ICT solutions have been acquired and implemented during that period:

  • An advanced ERP business solution was used to connect all the other ICT solutions and it enabled the integration and optimisation of 9 key business processes of the company. The implemented solution enabled the availability of accurate information in real time, while reducing the unnecessary administrative workload of the employees;
  • An ICT solution was used to manage the work time, which improved the personnel management process;
  • An ICT solution for material accounting, paperless business, and advanced reporting was implemented, which upgraded the process for the management of production, supplies, and materials, and enabled the implementation of paperless business activities.
  • Along with everything mentioned above, we also acquired modern IT equipment as basis for the optimal functioning of the implemented ICT solutions.

As the result of the implementation of this project, it is expected that in the following period the company Iveta d.o.o. will achieve a significant increase in work productivity, the reduction of average production costs, and a growth in domestic and international sales income, which will result in the increase of competitiveness for the company Iveta d.o.o. in the domestic and international markets.

On the date 30 April 2015, the company Iveta d.o.o. started implementing the project “The Optimization of Business Processes of the Company Iveta d.o.o. by the Introduction of Advanced ICT Solutions “. The project is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, as part of the Operational Programme Regional Competitiveness 2007 – 2013.

By investing in new ICT systems, Iveta d.o.o. will solve their key business problem – the lack of connectivity between business processes, decline in efficiency, and high material expenses with a significant increase in manual and repetitive activities. The project will be used to optimise and integrate 9 business processes of the company, achieve a significant reduction in material costs, and reduce the redundant and repetitive manual activities. Everything mentioned above will ensure further growth and development of the company and strengthen its position on the export markets, while having a positive impact on target groups and end users – employees, buyers, and the interested public.
